Andy Sussex is a Great mortgage rep. He is easy to work with and replys quickly to within 24 hours. This is my 2nd time using Andy for a mortgage and if rates ever drop I will be contacting him again for a re finance. Did Not like the closer so much..Amal?? Not a great personality, didn't use my name once and luckily I've done mortgage closings so I had some experience with the paperwork but she just wants you to sign and be gone within 10 minutes.
James Hoang was excellent and professional throughout the whole process. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything in great detail and helped make this process as simple as possible. Would highly recommend James to friends and family. James is an excellent professional who is extremely thorough and knows what he is doing.
