What a crazy turn of events! I'd asked a bunch of friends for recommendations and had originally gone with another broker. Great follow through on all steps of the loan process and great customer service provided by Rick Guthridge on estimates timelines and keeping us in the loop for each step of the process.
From the initial conversation all the way through to the end, the attitude and focus was let's try to make this happen and they did! There weren't any false expectations. Andy Sussex is a Great mortgage rep. He is easy to work with and replys quickly to within 24 hours. This is my 2nd time using Andy for a mortgage and if rates ever drop I will be contacting him again for a re finance. Did Not like the closer so much..Amal?? Not a great personality, didn't use my name once and luckily I've done mortgage closings so I had some experience with the paperwork but she just wants you to sign and be gone within 10 minutes.
