Brandon comes with a lot of experience of the industry and is very honest with what the market was doing. I felt the most comfortable with the advice he gave and was always available to answer questions by text. Process was pretty smooth and fast with a little delays from my end with my HOA. Communication does fall off a little after once the loan is getting underwritten and funded before final signing but that seems to always the case every time I have refinanced with different companies.
