Chayson took the time to reach out and educate me on how the refinance worked and was transparent about the process the entire way.

I do not recall ever speaking with Nancy Bayat. My loan went through quickly. There were a few glitches along the way, but they were handled and the loan closed on schedule at the estimated interest rate.

Better communication
The loan process was remarkably smooth and quick, and I am super-happy with my rate (1.99%). I do have an issue with property taxes and escrow, I should be due a refund, about which I have followed up in a separate email.
