I felt extremely comfortable trusting in Chayson throughout the entire process - as a first time homebuyer, I relied on him 100% to give me good advice, explain terms and conditions, etc. He was extremely transparent and made sure I understood the pros and cons of every decision I made. He also works VERY fast/communicates well - I already wanted to make an offer on a home by the time I initially reached out to him, and he was able to accommodate those tight timelines and fund the loan on time.
Danny finds solutions for problems and is damn good at it too.
He went to bat for us with the underwriters when they were making mistakes that could have cost us our interest rate.
