What made my experience great, was the fact that I felt Paul was on my side all the time! Even till the very end, when rates dropped a bit, he pointed out advantages and disadvantages of getting the lower rates, which help make my decisions better! Even though we never physically met, I felt like we have! Great guy, and fast responder!

Daryl was able to lock me in same day. I wanted to pull money out when I refinances so he explained in great detail as to what my options were. This allowed me to make an informed decision without pressure. Daryl was also great at communicating and making himself available for any questions day or night.
