Human personalization. There is no substitute for good communication. Internet only goes so far. A specific employee assigned as a point person an excellent idea. Timely response to communication from client essential and reassuring to people. Do not under estimate the value of that to people.
It was my first time refinansing a mortgage. Michael skillfully helped me understand the steps, so I didn't feel worried about the process. He answered all my questions right away, and everything was completed without any errors. I sincerely recommend Michael Seradsky. He's very knowledgeable and professional.
The process was simple, however the communication was severely lacking. We did not know what was going on or where we were in the process most of the time. We would submit paperwork then hear nothing back for a week. It was frustrating having to email just to see what was happening. It would've been a much better experience if someone would have taken a moment to explain to us what to expect from start to finish.
