It was mostly easy and my questions answered quickly. 3 incidents that led me to a nine instead of 10. And, a couple were less than pleasant 1. I never knew why my property appraisal was not waived and I paid $525.00 for it, which wrapped into my loan. 2. Faulty information on signing the estimate or CD, which led to a delay and tension. 3. A four hour last minute change of appt wit the notary. Jannett was lovely and efficient but a local notary wou have saved time and $.

Daniel provided excellent service, and he’s a heck of a nice guy! Extraordinarily responsive (does he sleep?) and his partner/assistant (Linzey) is also very helpful in organizing a fast and smooth process. I would highly recommend Daniel — in fact I already have!
