Jonathan Stevens is very knowledgeable about the industry and works hard to find different lenders offering products that would fit your needs. He took the time to understand my mortgage needs and concerns. Jonathan would communicate often and he was patient to explain all the pros and cons so that I could make the best decision. He was a blessing during this stressful refinancing process. Jonathan was always kind, professional at all times and a positive support through the whole process.
Daryl was easy to contact and always prompt with replies. He answered all my questions and explained with details easy to understand the process and how they are able to offer great deals. I did talk with other lenders including my current lender, Wells Fargo, and Daryl was able to give me the best deal. Unless interest rates really tank I don't think I'll ever get a lower rate.
