Nancy took the time to explain little details to me and help me understand what was happening and why. She was available any time to answer questions. I felt Nancy was really looking out for me, trying to get the best possible rate, looking at all options - even things I hadn't even considered until she pointed them out as an option. It was really nice working with someone who understood my concerns and seemed to be in my corner.
