The initial information that I received as well as the follow through was all good. I was kept updated on the next steps that would take place and the timing. The customer service was always pleasant and never appeared to be rushed or pushy. The process was pretty easy and not a stressful process as I had experienced with other companies.
Daryl has been really great providing us with excellent customer service with our mortgage refinance. He makes sure that the loan process runs smoothly by constantly providing us updates.
