My husband and I were referred to Daryl from one of his colleagues. We were able to refinance our VA loan using the IRRRL. Daryl was able to provide us with multiple loan options and he throughly discussed each one with us over the phone and then followed up with the same information in a very detailed email. We'll definitely be contacting him if we are in need of a new loan in the future.
We did not deal directly with Eric other than by email. My rating is not so much a criticism of him, just that we had no personal interaction. We got our documents in a timely manner and escrow closed quickly, which we are very happy about. We worked directly with Brianna Nava, who was fantastic.
