Communication about what to expect next was hard to come by without prompting, and the direction we were given often conflicted with the emails we received from the other various agencies involved in the process - i.e. we got an email from Amrock Client Services asking us to login and digitally sign several documents, but after asking about it we were directed to not sign them. Just not super smooth and had to ask often what to do or what was coming up next.
