We were made to think that the process was going to be quick and easy, instead there were constant questions, more and more paperwork, proof of income of my husband's self employment. It seemed no matter what we gave you, it didn't suffice. Then after the whole thing was finished (we thought) there were more forms to fill out or initial that were missed during the signing. Just not as professional as we would like and expect.
