Chayson was able to reach out and secure a lender to accommodate our needs during Covid, after we had been told by several lenders such loans on rental properties were not available at this time. At our age, it was very impressive Chayson took time & Care to walk us thru many “new” aspects of loan requirements. Chayson understood our goals shared his expertise to help up make the best choices of the options before us to fully obtain our goal. We are very thankful for Chayson’s help.

It would have been a better process if all of the required information had been gathered during the application process and the forms completed with correct information instead of just guessing at the responses so that we could have avoided all of the stopping and starting of the process.
