Daryl was able to provide us with multiple loan options and he throughly discussed each one with us over the phone and then followed up with the same information in a very detailed email. We'll definitely be contacting him if we are in need of a new loan in the future.

We did not deal directly with Eric other than by email. My rating is not so much a criticism of him, just that we had no personal interaction. We got our documents in a timely manner and escrow closed quickly, which we are very happy about. We worked directly with Brianna Nava, who was fantastic.
Working with Justin and his team was a pleasure. He listened, responded quickly and carefully to my needs, and followed up with additional information and next steps very rapidly.
