Simple, easy, great rates, very responsive
Side by Side help and understanding, honest and factual help on making a decision, the process went quick too. It time it took through escrow was ultimately the fastest I have ever been through an escrow. Their professionalism and great speed will probably make you question as to whether this is a legit service. However, after everything, I cant imagine going with anyone else. I wonder why all other companies don’t follow their model. Thanks again Michael for all your help.
Daryl was always prompt with his responses to our questions and answered them to our satisfaction and understanding. He was very knowledgeable about refis and got us a great rate. He helped us every step of the way and helped to get our loan funded in under 20 days.
Nancy's professionalism and diligence made my refinance a breeze. She is truly a class act. I first contacted Nancy on a Friday afternoon before a long weekend. She responded promptly with info about a new loan program with a lower rate. After a few emails back and forth, I submitted my application on a Saturday, and by Monday which was a holiday, she had my pre-approval with an appraisal waiver. And 11 calendar days after submitting my application, I was signing the closing docs.
Nancy was very professional,knowledgeable and remained polite even when I rudely challenged the fees. She not only remained polite but she even sent me a breakdown of how much money I would be saving. She was awesome and so was Alexis.
