I liked the communication of being updated and the availability of being able to contact someone about any questions I had. My calls, emails and texts were usually addressed immediately or within 15 or 30 minutes at most, I was kept in the loop so I knew what was happening and that made it a very easy process on my end.

The entire process was very quick and easy except for the closing. Initial ally assigned and scheduled for a Thursday 11am closing. Closer contacted me late Wednesday to say I would need to be flexible on the time. I said I could do that up until 4 pm. Never heard from him again on Wednesday so assumed good to go. Called and left messages late Wednesday and early Thursday to confirm. He never called back. At 10am Thursday he texted he asked the closing to be reassigned. Amber at E Capital amazin
