I can't even begin to convey how amazing Heather Dempsey is!! She made a very stressful process go so smoothly and I truly felt she had my best interests at heart. She was extremely responsive, took the time to walk me through things I didn't understand (no other lender I called did that - she did it on the FIRST call, before I committed to going with her) and made me feel very comfortable. I can't recommend her enough, it was like doing business with a family member who cares!
The process was very slow and required us to follow up often. The team was responsive but seemed simply overwhelmed. We did refinance when interest levels were at historic lows. In the end, it got done, so mission accomplished.
