The process was very slow and required us to follow up often. The team was responsive but seemed simply overwhelmed. We did refinance when interest levels were at historic lows. In the end, it got done, so mission accomplished.

I worked very closely with three different people, Jenn Cutler, Nancy (i’m not sure how to spell her last name but I think it started with a M or an N), and Rengkins. All three were very knowledgeable easy to work with, and helpful. I would suggest that early on in the process I could’ve sped it up if I had known certain documents were needed as well as the required verbiage.
What truly made our experience so GREAT was how seamless and efficient Patrick Taba and his team performed our Refinance. It was quick also, because I had all our ducks in a row waiting for the right offer from the best company and E Mortgage Capital did it.
