This has been the most ridiculous company that I have ever dealt with. They give you plans, and you follow said plans only for the installers to show up and say that it's not right, and they can't install it. Then you fix said issue and they charge you to come back, after they refused to leave the building I paid for in full before they even showed up to install it in the first place. Terrible customer service
I paid for a 10X21X6 car port back in August. In October now and I get a call last Sunday that they are going to have to push my installation back a day (Today) its now 12PM and I still don't see anyone here to install this carport.
NEVER USE EAGLE CARPORTS! Dealing with them has been an absolute nightmare. Two weeks late on delivery and instalation (being lied to the entire time). They were told to drive a 4x4 and didn't. They got stuck in my driveway and left huge ruts and broken beer bottles (YES! ) in the driveway. The trailor had to be left overnight, to get it out they drove metal spikes in the ground (no idea why) and LEFT THEM! Very lucky we didn't run over them.
We have had over 45 emails with them about our garage and it still wasn't right!! They only have one door and it only opens a specific way but they don't tell you that when you order the door. That let you believe you are getting what you want until they are here to install it and it's wrong!! The customer service is horrible and if you have the misfortune of speaking with "Ish" I'm sorry!! Do not order your garage for them unless you like to be utterly disappointed!!!
