Okay!! I purchased my 18x21 metal building in South Louisiana. Installation was horrible. Getting people back to fix leakage problems is a nightmare. I have called 5 times for repair of a leak and never have received a return call, as promised. Building still leaking to this day!! NEVER EVER BUY THEIR PRODUCT AS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTANT!! � Worst decision I ever made was buying from this company.
I had to reschedule my appts and plans to be here in TN to have it installed because I was told there wouldn't be a truck in the area for 2 months. Later found out I dropped everything and ran 450 miles for nothing. They said a truck is here ever 7 days. THEN your crew showed up at 7:30 FINALLY to install and their generator didn't work so I just happened to have a generator AND GAS so they used MY equipment and gas. Then didn't finish until 10pm and I had to work the next day so I didn't get home until 10:40 that night. H... read more
Bought a 20'x20' building from them. Communication is horrible, customer service called to verify our shipping address, no update on when it would be ready. Never heard back, when we called weeks later, they said we told them to hold off because we were not ready. Someone in customer service actually tried to make us out to be liars. The crew they contracted to do the install had to come out twice, due to the speedy and super sloppy install, and multiple things wrong with the building. Don't know where all the fives came from but I know where this one comes from. Four cancelled set up dates and still no Carport. Don't even give you the courtesy of contacting you other than to reschedule. Highly unprofessional company. Their time is more valuable than yours.
I wish I could select negative stars for Eagle Carports, Inc.: for the installation crew and for the customer service received. Install first scheduled for a Friday at 7am, crew showed up at 7pm and threw up a half attempt at the install. Incorrect trim and not even half the anchors installed, the other anchors are still sitting in pile. After calling several times to schedule the completion and fixing of the install, I was TWICE given dates that the crew would come out. Supposed to have buildings up within 3 weeks, I'm at week 6 and still waiting. Customer service scheduling is total crap. And I was pretty much told since I live in a rural area and they don't have any other buildings here to put up I'm just pretty much out of luck.....
