RecommendedMy 9 year old had never seen a dentist before and this was her first dental care. Unfortunately she had to have a tooth removed her first visit. Dr Porth, Brianne and the secretary were AWESOME!!!!!! Brianne helped soooooo much calming my daughter down to make her visit a success � my daughter had her extraction done (with a bit of screaming) but these guys handled it like professionals should. went in for a tooth to be filled and was told request was sent in for a crown and to watch for the paper in the mail. then when I got there I was told it was never sent in that they must have got busy and forgot. so was told it was another 4-6 weeks. brunet at fro t counter was giving excuses and tried blaming it on another employee but she is the one I've always felt with. would not recommend to anyone not organized and rude
Confirmed appt via text 2 days before. Drove all the way from Hope and arrived at scheduled time to find out that THEY made a mistake and cancelled visit. I was turned away, very upsetting experience.

i had dental work 2 yrs ago i had to have a root canal but she said that she would put on a pulp cap. it was on the verge it could have gone either way. now its aching and i cant afford to get it fixed. they never contacted me to see how i was doing. ill never go back
