I just had my teeth cleaned there yesterday. The staff there are so nice and helpful. While I dreaded having to get up seriously early for a 7am appointment, they really took away my stress and helped me feel good vibes throughout the day. One of the best dentists I've been to in my life!
I started coming to Eagle Rock a couple of years ago and I'm so glad I did. My past dentist tried telling me I had to replace a crown because it was old. When it came loose, I scheduled an appt and saw Dr Cooper. He informed me that the crown was still in good shape. He cleaned it up and put it back on. I still have the same crown and have had no problems with it. Friendly service, quick care.
My son had a toothache for the last three days and I finally got an appointment with this office and my insurance card was declined,(embarrassing), and they offered to check what was going on anyways even to get him started on an antibiotic to help him through the weekend... I didn't even guess that they would do that, and I am so forever grateful for the nurse and dentist at this facility. Turns out my son has an abscess tooth and he was prescribed antibiotics!
