I’ve already taken four courses with them, and they were excellent. I will be taking a fifth one and I can’t wait. The instructors have a vast amount of talent, knowledge and experiences. The customer experience is amazing and they make you feel like you are a member of their team. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is interested in going into the security industry.
I have attended two classes now with Eagle Security Solutions, Bail Enforcement Agent and Less Lethal. Both have been absolutely top notch! The high level of knowledge, experience, and professionalism will keep me coming back here for my recertifications. I wish I would have taken my Private Investigator course here, but will come back here for recertification.

Man.... I was hesitant about these classes... Long boring hours... non-interactive teaching... Red bull? Or 2? Nah... wasn't the case! Diverse group of people... funny and fun... Mark was hilarious... He was very informative! Clear instructions before hitting the range and while there! I spent 59 hours in his class room and range... 44E-07E-08E... 60hr 02E next and thanks to the past week or so... I'm actually looking forward to it!
I had the pleasure of taking the unarmed security, armed security with handgun training and arrest authority at Eagle Security Solutions, Inc. Mark Dionne and his staff went out of the way to make everyone feel welcome and at ease. The training was to the point and mixed with real-life accounts from his knowledgeable staff. The classroom environment was clean and comfortable. I plan to get all my future training from Eagle Security Solutions, Inc. and I highly recommend them.
Mark Dionne made our PPS and PI classes fun! Our off-site practical exercises in the Hampton Roads area were excellent! We put into practice everything we were learning, including our motorcade tactics, our diamond and other PPS formations, and our PI static, mobile and foot operations.
