Mark Dionne made our PPS and PI classes fun! Our off-site practical exercises in the Hampton Roads area were excellent! We put into practice everything we were learning, including our motorcade tactics, our diamond and other PPS formations, and our PI static, mobile and foot operations. I recently attended security training at Eagle Security Solutions in order to complete the requirements for Virginia DCJS Security Officer Registration. The instructor, Mark Dionne, is top shelf! I am thoroughly impressed with how knowledgeable everyone is and more importantly the delivery of the information. Mark is transparent, professional and fun. I recently completed a course with ESS. I highly recommend them for any DCJS required courses. Eagle supplies you with quality course materials and valuable in class instruction. You also get to participate in field training with this course. The instructor, Mark, is knowledgeable and personable. He truly wants his students to succeed.
The only boring part of the course I took at the training academy was the textbook provided. Some chapters are very wordy; not an easy read. You are allowed to read at your own pace, as there is so much more content to get through with PowerPoint slides, presentations, field simulations, and a joke here and there. DCJS-approved.
Just finished the PI class. The instructor was very knowledgeable. The live scenarios with the live actors were great. Class materials were up to date and easy to read.
In a seemingly male dominant industry, I was exceptionally pleased by Eagle Security Solutions and their diverse workforce. I was not prepared for the in depth, educational, and informative curriculum in their entry level Private Investigation Course.
