The staff are very friendly and easy to talk to and joke with. They give me good advice on how to improve the health of my teeth and gums, and in an encouraging way. I also ask a myriad of questions and they are happily answered no matter how silly they may be. Overall I'm very satisfied!
the appointment was right on time and a cheerful hygienist took me in did a quick and thorough job cleaning, also did panoramic X- Rays very quickly

LOVE East Ridge! When I found out I had to get a cavity filled the day before I left for a 10-week-long trip, Dr. Reckling, a hygienist, and one of the people at the front desk stayed an hour after they closed to make sure it could be done before I left for my trip, even though there were no more appointment slots for that day. So accommodating. Really appreciated it!
OK let's face it when you say dentist, it's not my favorite appointment. But wait my hygienist was so gentle I almost fell a sleep ,FRIENDLY staff! Very professional , nice clean office HIGHLY recommend if looking for a new dentist! Will be referring !

The staff is VERY friendly and makes you very comfortable. Dr. Ryon is very nice and walks you through everything as does the staff. Everything is spelled out and explained with no hidden surprises as far as cost and procedure. And I was able to get in within just a few days of my call about a concern I had on my tooth.
