From reception to hygienist and dentist, the entire staff at Eastridge is professional and very friendly. They always answer my questions and provide advice in a manner that makes me comfortable in knowing that they have all of the experience and knowledge necessary and actually care about me personally. Great experience as usual.
Went to office for cleaning and X-rays. I had a sharp tooth edge needing grinding and a question about my partial plate. Ashley noted a couple teeth which she referred to Doc Reckling immediately. Doc came, ground the sharp tooth, referred the one tooth to a surgeon for pulling, and referred the second needy tooth to an endodontist for an eval. Dr. Reckling returned my call to his emergency number quickly and was able to make what could have been a very uncomfortable weekend into a manageable one. I very much appreciated his care and concern. He even offered to meet me at his office if I felt it necessary. Thank you!
