Tiffany McKinney, Audiologist is the best. She tested and fitted me with state of the art shearing devices and did an incredible job of getting them set up and balanced properly. It was delightful I was seen within five to ten minutes of my appointment time, Dr. Skoog was very pleasant and well Knowledged and had a very good doctor-patient bedside manner he took his time and went over everything and explained what he was going to do during the procedure and we scheduled a date and time for the procedure to be done and then he asked me if I had any questions at that time and even though I live two hours away from Longview East Texas ear nose and throat in Longview Texas will be where I come to have an... read more

First time visit. Dr Guillory was very cordial and friendly. I feel very comfortable in his diagnosis and treatment recommendation. Will look forward to follow up appointment.

It was a great visit. The wait time was very short. I got there a few minutes early and almost immediately was called back to see Dr. Guillory. Everyone I saw was very friendly and attentive.
