they are very rude and ignorant they make you feel bad and their front desk reps are rude to their clients when you call them and the manager isn't nice either they have lost me as a patient
Go anywhere else! It was my third visit to East Village dental and it will be my last. Today the hygienist was so rough that I couldn’t get through the scaling. (This has never happened to me before. Im a regular flosser and go for cleaning every 6 months). Not once was I asked what was wrong. The hygienist was visibly annoyed with me and wouldn’t even make eye contact as he marched me to the desk to pay. I will no longer use this dental clinic as they arbitrarily change your appointment times without your permission or consultation. Happened 3 times in a row! They even tried to charge me for cancelling my appointment within 48 hours of the appt because THEY changed my appt time and I could no longer make it and wouldn't give my original time back.
Absolutely was wowed by the team at East Village Dental! I highly recommend this practise to anyone. They made me feel confident and comfortable the moment I walked in the doors! ❤️❤️
Love this office so much!! Thank you Stacey for another amazing cleaning. I have never had someone so thorough, gentle and caring! You have made coming in so much easier and helped get rid of my anxiety of coming. She is the absolute best!

Nicest staff I've ever encountered. I almost look forward to my appointments. 👍👍
First time patient here and it was awesome! Staff were great with everything from insurance payment info to identifying areas of concern and telling me options to improve my at home routine. Dr. Nav went step by step through my photos and xrays, explaining what they look for and why. Definitely helped my understanding of how it all works. The office is also extremely clean and modern with Netflix on the ceiling. Would recommend these guys for sure!!
