I’ve literally avoided the dentist for the last eight years due to a combination of fear, embarrassment, and the cost. I’m so grateful that I went to East Village Dental. The staff were so warm and welcoming, they immediately put me at ease, and did everything they could to make me feel comfortable. It was honestly my easiest experience at the dentist, and I feel mighty silly for being so worried and avoidant all these years. Thank you so much for keepin’ my trademark stubborn smile bright and healthy!
I wish that I could give a review worse than 1. The treatment I’ve received at this office has been absolutely appalling and also incredibly childish and unprofessional. In October, I had made an appointment for very early in the morning. It was my first appointment with this office as I needed a new dentist after moving to Calgary. I had informed them that I needed a tooth extracted as I was in horrible pain which they said could be arranged for right after my initial exam.
