I never been so welcome anywhere Eastern Villa has welcomed me with open arms into their neighborhood Lisa and Tonya are gray in the office every time I need something they are right on it and they make sure if I have any problems it gets taken care of I recommend this place to anybody it's been very peaceful and better than anywhere I've lived every time I go to the office to talk to them they are both very friendly always asking me if I'm okay and if everything is going okay in the trailer I appreciate everything you guys ... read more

Had my inspection with Tonya. She was amazing she talked with me and listen to what I had to say. She loved my fall decor that I made myself. Made me feel appreciated.

Had my 3 month inspection today with Tonya and just wanted to say I already love living here! She was very kind and professional and took the extra few minutes to allow my kids to show her their rooms/toys❤️ We also traded some recipes lol. The neighbors are awesome, the management is awesome, and my home is everything my family ever wanted. I love that Tonya and Lisa like to get to know their renters on a personal level. They are both amazing. I can’t wait to see what the future will hold for us here❤️❤️❤️
