RecommendedToday was my first visit to a dentist in over a decade. I have a fear of the dentist from childhood. The staff here is absolutely fantastic! They made me feel at ease and comfortable. They were gentle and everyone was really nice! My son had his first visit today too and he did great! Thanks everyone! We are looking forward to our next visit!! Great job! Also, their hours of operation can meet everyone's needs and busy schedule. They're open evenings and weekends, even Sunday! Love that!
RecommendedSince I moved from St. Catharines, this was the first time to visit Eastgate Dental. Dr. James Tonogai just joined the dental centre and he was very friendly and professional. After an oral examination, he provided me various choices how I wanted to fix my tooth. RecommendedVery helpful, friendly staff and doctor. Since beginning they only advice me to get things done that were necessary to be done, than just using all the insurance money. They figured treatment based on my insurance plan and worked around it, rather than making me pay from my pocket. Staff is very friendly, always give you a call, day before to remind your appointment. Also give you appointments with same doctor as per your available time to maintain quality treatment, which I personally love the most about them !! :)
