My visit today was a little disappointing, I couldn’t get the online file (twice). I had to sit in my car until 3 mins before my appointment because I was told no one in the waiting room, (but when I came out of the appt there were 2 people sitting in the waiting room). Then I found out that all their files are in storage and they did not transfer the medical records. So you gave to fill that out too. Then I found out that I could not have a polish after cleaning because of covid. I understand things have changed but ... read more

Business response:

Thank you for your feedback, Michele. We're glad that you were so happy with our hygienist, and appreciate you saying so. We're sorry that you were inconvenienced and disappointed with our new COVID protocols. We know that this can be challenging and we appreciate the understanding of our patients while we work through a transition to our new computer-based charting system that requires patients to provide information they had previously provided in paper form. We are trying our best to inform patients ahead of time about th... read more

no. they hadn't seen my husband in years and didn't update his medical records and he had a heart attack in 2016 and a stent put in and they sent him home after pulling teeth without any antibiotics and to top it off told him to take Advil and Ibuprofen when she's not allowed to have and now they're charging me another $100 just to go there to have the socket looked at and prescription prescribed I would not recommend them at all

Business response:

Hello Brenda, We are very sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your experience. We pride ourselves on caring for our patients and providing quality dental care, and we regret that we may have missed that mark. Please know that your comment will be passed to our management team who will follow-up with you to discuss this further. Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback so that we can continue to improve our patient experience.

During my last three visits I have not been seen by a dentist, just the hygienist. I found this extremely discomforting and quite frankly concerning. The office did not seem concerned by this at all. When I questioned several other dental practices they said that it was very odd not to have been seen by my dentist in over 18 months. I will be seeking dental care elsewhere in the future

Business response:

Thank you for your comments with regards to not seeing a dentist at your appointment. Generally when a patient has their appointment for a cleaning only they do not have to see a dentist. This work is done only by a hygienist. We hope this explains your concerns. Providing great customer service is very important to us and if there is a misunderstanding please contact our office manager directly.

My girlfriend needed a molar pulled, as it was in rather bad shape. When I called to make appointment, was told it could run 250 up to 350.... It was 450. Sure, it was a difficult job as the tooth came out in parts. The thing that bugs me most is that there were no antibiotics prescribed before or after. I'm no dental school graduate, and I'm aware they are not always needed. However according to the follow-up that was done today elsewhere, they should have in her case. Your staff was friendly and did allow me to sit in with... read more

I would not go to this place if my teeth were falling out and I was in horrible pain. I spent $1000 there only to have to go to my own dentist and spend $1000 more to fix what they did. Now the other filling they did has just fallen out. Worst dentist ever.
