Run for your life This place is a DUMP. Loud tenants, trash overflowing the dumpsters, litter, drugs being sold out in the open. Personally witness at least two fights a month in the parking lot. Office employees are THE WORST. They do not even bother to hide their disgust. Never answer the phone. Just dont care. Do not rent here. DONT.
Terrible Place. Terrible Management. Terrible neighborhood. Nosiy, loud, and distasteful. Steer Clear.
DO NOT MOVE HERE The office turns its head about what goes on out here. People sell drugs and fight and play loud music. Kids freely roam the property, no supervision. It is disgusting out here. Dumpsters overflow because they dont have them on an appropriate schedule for pickup. Windows leak year round, they need to be replaced. My electricity bill is ridiculous. Maintenance is worthless. People in the office do NOT do their jobs. I CANNOT WAIT TO MOVE.
