Management never returned my calls when I was trying to apply here. They wouldn’t even answer when I would call during business hours. I work under Medicaid so my pay changes whenever they feel like changing it. I needed this go by your income apartment to be able to get the care my grandson who has special needs needs. I explained that to management and I got nothing in return. EXTREMELY UNACCEPTABLE!!
We are just moving in. We had so much trouble finding a place when we started looking to move back to Evansville. Donna, property manager, went above and beyond to help us get everything situated and us moved into our new home! I appreciate everything she has done to help us. Will, maintenance, is down to earth and a genuine good hearted guy. They both are very humble and kind. I am excited to be moving in this weekend. Thank You Donna & Will.
Income based, but expect for you to have good credit (600+). If someone has good credit, they wouldn't want to live at Eastland Apartments. These apartments are a last resort and at the bottom of everyone's list. A credit score shouldn't be any type of factor.
DO NOT RENT AT ALL! I’ve been here for 2 going on 3 years,The first year was fine never had problems besides rude office staff. A few months ago my toilet was coming up (underneath was completely rotted) it took 6 months to fix & they had to tear my bathroom floor up. I kept hearing water pour in my vents,No one ever came to look my furnish was pouring water into the closet causing my carpet to come up and my closet molded out (NOONE HAS STILL CAME TO FIX IT) my ceiling in my room has a hole that leaks water anytime it rains... read more
I was a resident of Eastland apartments for 8 years . In May I was late paying rent. COVID salvation army party e 550.00$. I have had an appointment with Aurora the day before my Salvation Army meeting Aurora told me to go ahead and keep my appointment with Salvation Army so I did thank God I got 550 paid well in June it came time for rent again and I was still paying someone for me for taking care of me for the residual side effects from September 2021 I was buying from Peter to pay Paul.
