I have to say the new staff, Beth and Star are honestly the sweetest 2 ladies I have met. They both make you feel wanted and does value our resistance options. Thank you ladies for caring for your residents. They are the reason I didn't move to another apartment complex. Thank you ladies for being so awesome to me and many others that reside here at Eastland. The ladies make you feel at home and there dedication is just fabulous. Thanks again for being so fabulous. Management never returned my calls when I was trying to apply here. They wouldn’t even answer when I would call during business hours. I work under Medicaid so my pay changes whenever they feel like changing it. I needed this go by your income apartment to be able to get the care my grandson who has special needs needs. I explained that to management and I got nothing in return. EXTREMELY UNACCEPTABLE!!
We are just moving in. We had so much trouble finding a place when we started looking to move back to Evansville. Donna, property manager, went above and beyond to help us get everything situated and us moved into our new home! I appreciate everything she has done to help us. Will, maintenance, is down to earth and a genuine good hearted guy. They both are very humble and kind. I am excited to be moving in this weekend. Thank You Donna & Will.
DO NOT RENT AT ALL! I’ve been here for 2 going on 3 years,The first year was fine never had problems besides rude office staff. A few months ago my toilet was coming up (underneath was completely rotted) it took 6 months to fix & they had to tear my bathroom floor up. I kept hearing water pour in my vents,No one ever came to look my furnish was pouring water into the closet causing my carpet to come up and my closet molded out (NOONE HAS STILL CAME TO FIX IT) my ceiling in my room has a hole that leaks water anytime it rains... read more
Income based, but expect for you to have good credit (600+). If someone has good credit, they wouldn't want to live at Eastland Apartments. These apartments are a last resort and at the bottom of everyone's list. A credit score shouldn't be any type of factor.
