Great experience!! From start to finish they made it easy just like the name says. They got me pick up for the day I asked for and prompt delivery. Excellent customer service. The whole process was smooth and easy. The driver picked up the car on the day I selected, followed instructions exactly and delivered the car at the garage without even requiring me to be there. I was receiving communications knowing the status of the shipment at all times.

Yes, its great to have my truck back but it could have been smoother and better. Communications and delivery decisions could use improvement. Someone with a ********** number called Friday afternoon Dec 1st to schedule delivery at 11 pm or 12 am I responded and advised them that there were snow storms on the way and I couldnt make that time both because of the storm and also because my ride was not available at that time frame.
