First time I shipped an auto, and am I glad I went with Easy Auto Ship. The many positive reviews they received were all spot on. My initial contact was Bill and he was awesomely helpful, and I had a confident feeling right off. They picked the car up when they said and the driver Ryan kept us informed all through the shipment. The car was picked up Monday evening in Illinois and was delivered Thursday 10 AM in Florida. I just couldn’t ask for better service, and the price was very reasonable to!

Great service at all levels!! The agent was super helpful and nice. Their estimate includes all fees and insurance, and they matched a lower estimate I received from other company. The entire process took 5 days to ship my car from Phoenix to Chicago. The driver was so nice and professional. He took a lot of pictures for the car before loading and at the delivery and documented every single mark, damage and scratch, Which I really appreciated. Highly recommended!!

Great customer service from start to finish, they deliver on their promises and you arent given quotes and then pay something different once they finish the job...bottom line is, they are super nice and do what they say they will.

Overall, very satisfied. Wish there was a bit more communication. Really liked the ability to see location of transport vehicle. I would ship another vehicle with this company.
