I can't complain! I initially had another transport company in mind but after going through that other company's BBB I grew concerned. After reading the content of the complaints (or complements) for this company I found them to be reachable (which is what I wanted), reasonable (I'm reasonable too!) and reliable. Great customer service! Some miscommunication between the dispatcher, driver, and representative from Easy Auto Ship but concerns were cleared up quickly & car was delivered in good condition within the specified time frame.

The Representative we talked to was patient in explaining the process, courteous and helpful, but the process took longer than we expected. When we didn't hear from them four days after the initial date that the car was available for pickup, we called to get an update. It was explained that there was a backup because of the holidays and the weather. ***** was absolutely the best. I needed to ship my car from North ***** to the ************** coast during the holidays. He responded promptly to my texts and kept me updated. Once my car had a ride the drivers kept me posted on their progress and even delivered it safely a few days ahead of schedule in the same condition it left *****.
