This company is not what it seems. When applying for their sell and stay program, I was told my application was approved, we did the appraisal, inspection etc. A few days later I get a call saying my deal had been denied due to credit. Well, it clearly says on their website that they don’t check credit. I would NEVER recommend this service or company to anyone. To top it off, I never received any written documentation stating why I was denied after being approved initially....
They take advantage of avg person not savy in legal lingo and bait and switch you last min assuring you the rest of the money that was told would be given will be recieved at later time and get you to accept over 40k less than had agreed on only to ultimately try to vacate you from your home telling you that rent won't be charged to you if you move out but later you find they charged the whole time.
