Still easy knock lies to all of you. I have the agreement showing the minimum our house was supposed to sell for but after being left inn the hands of an incompetent agent who didn't show the house to one individual only we buy homes companies they behind our backs without our approval sold the home for over 50 thousand less than what was agreed. I was wanting to use them for a loan and I had an appointment set I had got caught up with other phone calls and they didn’t want to help or reschedule. Blake just said yeah I have a meeting I can’t do in an hour and just was totally ok with losing a customer I wouldn’t recommend this company if they will leave you high and dry with out a contract imagine the things they would do to you being tied up in a loan with them.
