Focused, friendly, knowledgeable
The technician gave me lots of helpful information.
I have used you for years and have always been pleased with your company. Your inspectors are always on time and very knowledgeable. I like having the same person do my inspection as he is familiar with my home and prior issues. I have been having my inspections done by "Joe" who is terrific, even remembers my dogs name.
Miguel spoke to us about any needs we had. He listen to my husband and took our request to heart and address the issue
Very friendly staff, very helpful and they do a good job, if there is any further pest problems after the fumigation, they come back and take care of the issue.
We are on the annual maintenence program and our inspection was conducted by James Lintz who did a thorough inspection and determined isolated termite activity in various locations. He could not treat any of the locations at the time and told us to schedule a follow-up to his inspection for treatment. The follow-up was done by Mikey who was very thorough in treating the areas under the house and in the attic as well as the garage. My rep is also respectful of my property and courteous. When I told him about specific pest problems like spiders and specific pest areas he listened and pays attention to those areas. Love Ecola I recommended them to my family.
Shaun Hamer was so thorough and professional, he went above and beyond to take care of the outside of our home, I would like to continue to see him as our tech, your other guys are also good, but Shaun was great can't say enough about him and his work ethics.
