It's a rental, and they say everything was fine, and the employee was pleasant.
The gentleman that did the initial termite inspection was very thorough and helpful and informative… The crew that came in to do the work were also very thorough and informative and did some additional work while they were at the house… I’m very happy that I didn’t have to tent the house and that we got the termite eradication done without harmful chemicals! Thank you!
The technician explained what he was treating, and it sounded like he did an excellent job. It was under the house in very difficult and dirty area. He cleaned up everything afterwards.

Jason was VERY thorough in his checking for termites in our house. Even telling me that my heating pipes were not hooked together as they should be and was putting heat into the attic. I would recommend him to anyone who needed a termite check!
