Very thorough, professional crew.
Helpful with both termites and rats, and it's comforting to know that they are providing service in the least toxic and most humane way possible.
All good except tech was two hours late for my appt. No call from office. A little annoying. Matthew thought I had been contacted re change in schedule. I was not. He apologized and did his normal great job.
