Our experience was unpleasant because of all the changes and requests made of us throughout. Especially being told we weren't going to be able to close the day before I was moving. The documents requested should have been requested upfront. I always felt like we were in danger of losing the house. The staff was always great, MacKenzie was very patient with me.

Very smooth, easy process. But not much communication to explain everything that was happening. I did a lot of research and figured things out by myself, but a different first time buyer may have been left in the dark. I would recommend them as experts who will definitely get the deal done. But the buyer will need to speak up to ask questions if they have them.

As a Real Estate Agent on the seller side, the buyer had the choice in lender and they chose Movement. Ed had to jump in and direct communication between underwriting, myself and the buyer/buyers agent. Thankfully, the transaction closed on the promised date even with the hurdles we had to face to get us to the table everyone came through with a positive experience.
