Ed & his team were extremely quick, very personable, and willing to stick their heads out for me to get a house in this crazy market we're living in. Ed personally called the seller to talk us up so she would accept our offer. The seller accepted our offer over other peoples offers which some were at a higher purchase price because of Ed & his team. I would 10/10 recommend to everyone.
