I'm writing this years after getting my mortgage through Ed. I regret getting my mortgage through him! Ed's assistant and not himself actually handled the mortgage and messed up some pretty obvious things. And now years later I'm still getting spam from Ed even after asking to be removed many times!

I was told to give a 5 star, but I believe in transparency. It took 4 months to close and was a grueling process. Granted, one issue wasn't their fault at all. However, it was never a smooth process. Sometimes, I had to send the same docs over, or it wasn't good enough. It took them about a week and a half to get back to me, saying they needed more documents. Poor servicing experience. Their autopay system is complete garbage and never pulls the payment when it’s supposed to and shows payments past due. I am in banking and loan servicing and this is a very poorly run shop. What good is it when you can make a manual payment that posts faster than their slow autopay. We will be filing complaints with the BBB and federal regulators.
