Ed would be the last person I would recommend he doesnâ€™t answer his phone but when he calls back he is rude. He thinks he is the best. Look for other mortgage people P

If you want customer service this is not the branch of the company to use . The branch manager is rude and and has no clue about customer service. The district manager was called several times but never returned phone calls. I would not recommend using this branch of Movement Mortgage

I was drawn to your organization as I heard you were making a difference in the mortgage biz. I felt like just another number. The land deed was incorrect and I had to do all the work to discover it and to resolve it. I was not notified of important email coming, I had to come to his office, with unmarked entrances, in the rain, to express my concerns. I don't feel like I received help in navigating the changing market, and had to just take my chances. In the end I feel I could have done better.

Keeping with a schedule..we were to close on monday..took time out of work..didnt happen..day was moved to tues.morning...took time off work again...it was moved to afternoon.so had to take another entire day out of work..

This was a fast paced mortgage and communication was key to getting it done in a specific amount of time. The communication fell off concerning the original closing date. I called an hour before closing to find out the money amount needed so I could run to the bank. I was told then, that closing went going to happen. I had my things on the truck, the moving crew on standby, electricity, water,etc. Emotionally, it was tough. Physically, I had nowhere to go and financially, it set me back.

After we agreed to the loan, Ed did not deal with us anymore. We were transferred to his assistant Libby Love. She wouldn't return emails and was generally unhelpful. She messed up the names on the deed even though we specifically reminded her that the information was wrong on the loan form. The deed was then entered wrong and needed to be redone. After all this our loan was transferred to Dovenmuehle which is hard to deal with; this is not surprising considering their 1.5 Yelp rating.

Don't lose my tax returns 3 times in a row. I got tired of wondering where my sensitive financial paperwork was since it was constantly misplaced, and I got really tired of having to drive to the office to give your staff new copies. Additionally, I asked multiple times for a breakdown of fees and costs, & how much I need to bring to closing, and didn't get an actual answer on any of this until an hour before closing. Very stressful and unprofessional in my opinion.
