Consistent communication with also making sure that i truly understood what was going on and being said. I was scared of the house buying process because I’m not experienced with it and Ed truly gave me so much knowledge and made me feel aware of how to do all of this.

Ed went out of his way to help me understand the process, as well as get me the best qualifications for my first time Home Buying! He took his time when it came to making sure I could understand what the entire process would be like, and was very considerate to my work schedule and home life! The contact wasn't just one way, if I had a question Ed had or would find the answer as quick as possible. He also worked well with my realtor to make sure they understood what was needed for my loan!
