good price and property I move here in October. My stay has been good. I wish to stay here as long I can. Office is helpful

Move in my move in was great. i needed help with rent payment and the lady in the front was nice enough to help me with the steps . the outside and upgrades are beautiful

Longtime resident I enjoy living here for many years. My family and I enjoy the neighborhood and home. The staff is always going out the way to assist in anyway. I'm happy. To call this place home and will be staying for a long time. Maintenance is quick to come out which is plus in my book.

New Year New Home I just moved into my new place, and I couldn't be happier! The whole process was seamless, and the leasing agent was amazing—super friendly, helpful, and made everything so easy to understand. The team here really cares about their residents, and it shows. The apartment itself is beautiful, and I’m already loving my new home. It’s a great place to live, and I’m so glad I chose this community. Highly recommend!

Great place I recently moved here. And it's wonderful my house was beautiful my roommate and I are so happy. We couldn't have asked for better living accommodations. I will be happy here for some time. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a townhouse on the Northside of Columbus.

New Home is a Blessing I have just moved in here. I was in a time crunch needing a home as soon as possible. The leasing professionals were so helpful and fast in getting me into a new home. To go from sleeping in my car to waking up in my new home is such a blessing. I appreciate them making this happen so quickly. Times are tough, but I love my new home and will be here for a long time. The townhome is beautiful and much more spacious than my car! The photos don't do the home justice.

Comfy Living I have lived here for serval years and don't plan on moving anytime soon. It's a great location, nice size and feels safe for my roommate and I. I enjoy the calm neighborhood. The office staff always makes me laugh when I pop in. So, I'll be staying here awhile.

Love it My husband and I have lived here for a year and we simply love it. We are happy safe and feel treated with respect and dignity. We don’t speak English but the office always makes sure to help us with the translator. Thank you to the maintenance men as well they are awesome!!!
