Horrible bug problem!! This place is INFESTED!! Complaints go unanswered. Shootings in broad daylight on a Sunday. Police here at least weekly. Will add charged to you without notice or explanation. Have photo proof. City code enforcement aware

Very poor management The rental office took $685 from me then strung me along for two months. Finally, after calling them and the corporate office repeatedly trying to figure out what was going on, the manager emails me saying the unit is no longer available. They still have my money.

These people are thieves These people are thieves. They think that because they are CONSTANTLY changing management hands that if gives them the right to change things up on you at the drop of a hat. NO WARNING. And charge you for extra amounts of pet rent in the amount of 110 dollars. They lose paperwork. They lie. They don't post there holiday hours to ANYWHERE. so it's up to you to find out when their office is closed and when it's not. And don't bother calling. the people who works there very rude The area is good and safe but the cottages are old and air conditioned on the first floor only. The crew here is very bad and rude, they never treat anyone with a crew that is worse than the other. Complaints and reforms are never used to them and they deal with all insolence

Unsatisfied I had mice and bugs. It took them forever to do anything about it and when they did, it was stuff I could do myself! They'll increase the rent. I was here for 2 years. It's cheap and convenient to 71, but it is not a great place to live!

TERRIBLE I've been living here for almost a year. The police are constantly here, crimes constantly taking place. First month moved in we were robbed. Bugs everywhere, they'd spray every two weeks, no idea what they're spraying but it's definitely not getting the job done. Btw they've been spraying constantly for two months now. I wouldn't move his. They definitely need renovations. The cabinets are falling out of the ceiling.
