Verified Renter My daughter and I love living at Elan Keller Ranch! We have not ever experienced apartment living and so we came with many questions. Justin and the office team have taken great care of us. My favorite thing about the apartment is the view I have from my balcony. I love nature and the view has brought red cardinals, ducks, a turtle, and the sound of frogs at night. My daughter loves to workout at the gym and we both cant wait to enjoy the pool. Thank you Elan Keller Ranch, we are happy at our new home!

Verified Renter Love this apartment as it is very modern. However the gate system is not so great they never open for the sticker and the visitor parking being so far away is such an inconvenience.

Verified Renter Don't complain about pest issues if it still persist. They will threaten to terminate your lease ASAP. Made them very unapproachable if other issues exist. Very nice in person but will be hostile over emails and phone. Wish it was different.

fake reviews - this place is terrible This place is filthy, the staircases are covered in garbage drippings from the garbage company spilling stuff all over. Two of the buildings have insect problems because of this. Appliances are low-quality "landlord special" appliances that break every six weeks. Be wary of this place in the summer. Last summer, at least a dozen AC units went bad and had to be replaced/repaired. Verified Renter Beware of this place I left for holidays, and came back to things missing in my apartment. The heater door was locked when it was unlocked before. They said only maintenance has those keys. Which tells me they have came in without my permission. The office was not helpful. They pretty much didn't care. I had to put cameras up now. This is not a safe place to live for the cost.
