Not what I expected in a brand new apartment There have been several issues since moving into my *brand new* apartment (which maintenance has been quick to attend to). The walls are also thin, so sound insulation is not good. When corresponding with the front office, they take the approach of "we'll get back to you when we know more" and then they never do. Shopping for four months until I stumbled across this property they checked all my boxes and the staff made me feel welcome and confident that this is where I wanted to be. How about full laundry rooms in your apartment? Wifi mounted to the ceiling so its out of the way? These are just a few details youll find at EKR.
