Honest Experience half way into the lease; not expecting things to change I moved in around August. Rooms were clean, kitchen was nice, bathroom looked good. Days into the first week, noticed how thin the walls are. From an above apartment, you can hear foot steps taken from adult/kids feet. And if there is ever any stomping gets real bad as if the sound travels down the walls making it sound louder. There's been instances its woken me up from sleep. DO NOT MOVE HERE INFESTED WITH ROACHES!! Run far away from the Eden of Easton while you still can!! I just moved into a one bedroom and im not able to move my possessions in because the unit is invested with roaches. It hasnt been 24 hours yet and technically i havent moved anything in. First thing tomorrow morning I will be paying the rental office a visit in hopes to be released from the leasing agreement. I have deep regret for choosing to live here!! Bed bugs I moved into an apartment here from out of state. I was naive and thought the place looked great online. I was very wrong. While the maintenance staff were always polite and helpful, I certainly can't say the same for the office staff. They were rude and obviously as unhappy with their jobs as I was with my apartment. In the year that I lived there, the pool was never in working order. They advertise a workout facility, however, a bench and some broken equipment hardly qualify. TERRIBLE place to live Do not stay here unless you want to leave with roaches, bed bugs or more!! Staff is rude and do not care about you. They only care about getting your rent!! Horrible place to live.
Terrible! Walk in apartment will always look great, staff will be very friendly UNTIL ... You move in. The pool we were promised was not up for one single day this past summer, the "gym" is a joke, 3 machines that don't work. Laundry room is always dirty & half off the amenities never work. The apartments are infested with bed bugs & roaches & instead of cleaning out the entire apartment complex, they pick and choose what apartments they want to clean instead of doing them all. Forget the amenities Forget having access to the amenities here when you need them. Laundry and fitness centers were closed for repairs for over two months without notice. Since it's reopened, several of the washers are still broken. Shay, the resident manager, is extremely rude and condescending at every interaction I have with her.
