GREAT LOCATION!!!! I have been leaving here for over 3 years.The apartment is very spacious. Maintenance always show up when needed. the staff and people at the office are very friendly. The price is awesome and on the top of that GREAT location. Nicolas.

Love the Eden. I've been living here for three years and I've never had any big issues. My work orders are responded to quickly and the office staff members are friendly. I've referred my sister here and many of my friends. 2 of them actually moved in! :-)
i dont live here yet... but i plan too mid-late November! the complex looks amazing. & the prices are VERY affordable. hope to meet awesome neighbors!!
Very happy for the most part I have lived here almost 5 years and have truly enjoyed living here. Neighbors keep to themselves for the most part. Love my balcony as I can put my flowers out and everyone loves to comment on them. I have had good luck with the maintenance. They always show up when asked to. Yes, they do patch work, but they do respond. The manager and people who work in the office are very nice, and respond to any questions I may have. Safe but terrible maintenance Pros 1.Reasonable rent 2.Awesome location 3.Great neighbors Cons 1.Terrible maintenance Meaning that do patch work just temporary fix. Instead of actually finding the problem but would I recommend YES!!!! Do to if your saving money only utility bill you have is your electricity

Too bad they are forcing an elderly lady who has lived there for 36 years to take down her American flag because it "detracts from the look of the complex". She has been told if she won't take it down they will remove it. What country is this again?
Great choice hands down The apartments Are beautiful as well as the surrounding areas I would definitely suggest to move into these apartments
POOR COMMUNICATION! HIDDEN FEES! They have little to no communication and will spring hidden fees on you expecting for you to pay it in such of a little amount of time WITHOUT viewing your apartment. There’s no way I should’ve had to pay TWO HOLDING FEES FOR AN APARTMENT I DON’T HAVE and ISN’T ready for move in. Please don’t rent here or even attempt to. I’m upset I even tried to give Eden of Easton a chance.
